Kat Lamkin
KatsKosmetology - Part OwnerKat Lamkin is a Aveda alum and has a true passion for helping every guest feel confident and beautiful. She loves creating gorgeous hair though precision women cuts, dimensional color, customized styles, and etc. While she offers a little bit of everything when it comes to hair, her specialty is working with women, longer hairstyles and kid cuts.
One thing that sets Kat apart is her dedication to healthy hair. She believes beautiful hair starts with a healthy scalp, so every service is performed with the long-term health of your hair in mind.
Kat’s favorite part of being a stylist is seeing the smile on someone’s face after their appointment. She loves helping people feel like the best version of themselves, and she never turns down a creative challenge!
Kat is committed to continuing her education, her goal is to become a highly specialized extention artist by taking advance classes and learning multiple extension methods so she can confidently recommend and customize the best solution for every client’s hair goals.
Opening Belle Dame Salon has been a step into Kat’s lifelong dream, but she isn’t stopping there. She hopes to continue to grow the Belle Dame family by welcoming additional talented professionals and expanding our services, creating a true one- stop beauty destination for out community.

Maggie Dauzat
Maggie attended Aveda Institute where she trained in professional beauty services. After completing cosmetology school and an assisting program for over a year, she discovered that her passion for beauty extends far beyond just hair.
Maggie is passionate about helping each client find a look that fits their personality and life style. Whether you're looking for a hair or nail appointment, she loves working with you to help make your service feel like your best self. One of Maggie’s biggest priorities is maintaining the health of your scalp and skin. She loves incorporating scalp care and relaxing head spa treatments into her service to give clients both healthy transformation and some time to unwind.
When she is not behind the chair, Maggie is always looking for ways to grow as a stylist and business owner. She believes education never stops and is committed to learning the newest techniques and trends to provide the best experience possible for every guest. Whether it is Nails, Hair, or Tans!
Her dream for Belle Dame Salon is to create a place where clients can relax, build lasting relationships, and leave feeling more confident than when they arrives. Her dream is to build a beauty brand that is recognized and trusted by people all over the world. She hopes to one day travel, offering services while teaching others the techniques she has mastered over time. Helping others achieve the perfect look not only empowers them but allows Maggie to continue to grow, learn, and refine her skills along the way.
